OK - so this movie was not *exactly* true to the traditional adaptations of the story, but come on - it was still so *great* - as was the romance between Maid Marian and Robin of Locksley! There is nothing better than the tale of the knight who would 'die for' his love, and that is exactly this story.

"Is she worth it?"

"Worth dying for?" ~ a nod of Robin's head said it all...

I guess there are not too many people who have not heard of Robin Hood - the man who stole from the rich to give to the poor.

"I once heard a wise man say there are no perfect men. Only perfect intentions."

Through his travels he saves many people, gains revenge on those who deserve it - and falls deeply in love with Marian. In Prince of Thieves, the story is utterly romantic and so sweet. Put it with Brian Adams' "Everything I do (I do it for you)" and you have an absolute romantic classic.

"You came for me..."

"I would die for you."

"Husband - and Wife - you may kiss the bride."

"I *know* that!"

And so ended this legendary tale, and yet another wonderful job by Costner of playing the charming romantic lead!
