Ned married Stacey 'cause
he needed a promotion and to get the promotion he needed a wife.
Stacey married Ned 'cause to get a life she needed an apartment, and he
had a great one - apartment that is!
Misadventure after misadventure,
we've seen these two people, who seemingly "irritate each other", try to
live without each other unsuccessfully.
In Australia we've just
seen the season finale where Ned tells Stacey he loves her - it only took
him a season to admit it to himself again after he 'kicked her out' in
the excellent season finale preceding this one.
It seems that the best
chemistry between these two occurs when they are mad at each other, and
the great thing about this show is that it has held many memorable 'accidental'
kisses (such as from the episode of which a still is pictured below) and
'accidental' admittance of feelings, particularly on the part of Ned.

This is a hilarious show,
with many, many cool, quick and funny lines especially from Ned.
As well as the comedy though, there is always that little romantic undercurrent
- now I wonder if *Stacey* will fall for him sometime soon???!!!

... well, it's not there *all* the time,
but it's pretty damn good when it *is* there!

... 'cause it's not *quite* there yet,
and neither are particularly romantic towards each other - YET. It's still
sweet though, and I do believe that rating will have cause to change in
the future!
